Take a small head of cabbage amd cut it into quarters. Melt about 1/2 stick of butter in a frying pan. Lay the cabbage quarters in the hot butter and sprinkle with kosher salt, turn down the fire so they dont burn but still hot enough to carmelize, then turn over and do the other side. Cook till they are tender. Mmmmmmm,delishous.
