Cook-and-serve vanilla pudding stars in this easy rice pudding recipe that tastes as good as grandmother used to make. The next time you have some leftover rice be sure and try it.
1 (4.6oz.) pkg. cook-and-serve vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Prepare pudding according to package directions using 3 cups of milk. Remove from heat, stir in rice, raisins and cinnamon. Serve warm.
