This refreshing dressing is wonderful over any fruit salad but particularly over watermelon.
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Whisk everything together and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
